Nursing Team of The Year win at LaingBuisson Awards

The London Clinic’s submission touched on elements including the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)-led Acute Oncology Service (AOS), digital surveys to gather specific feedback on nursing care, implementation of Pocket Talk® a cutting-edge translation device and training and development opportunities including the Clinic’s successful Nursing Preceptorship Programme.

As laid out in the submission: “Our Nursing Vision is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that is tailored to the needs of each individual patient. We strive to create a culture where nurses feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients and teams. Through innovation, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, we aim to continually improve the care we provide and set a new standard for excellence.”
