Explore our departments

At The London Clinic, we work across a broad range of specialties – from clinical areas to non-clinical central functions and support services. Here you can explore each area to see the departments we work within, the experts we collaborate with and the diagnostic services available to patients, offering insight into the variety of work and opportunities our teams are involved in every day.

Our Finance department, led by our Chief Financial Officer, brings together Finance and Procurement to deliver high performance and support the Clinic’s strategic ambitions. The team plays a key role in shaping financial decisions, including how and where the organisation reinvests to continuously enhance its facilities, services and overall impact. Working collaboratively across core areas such as procurement, revenue and credit, commercial finance, business reporting and partnering, and finance processing, the team gains broad exposure while contributing to meaningful, organisation-wide outcomes.

Our People team supports colleagues across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development and wellbeing, ensuring everyone feels supported, engaged and valued. Bringing together expertise in Recruitment, People Partnering, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development, the team plays a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing working environment across The London Clinic.

Our IT team keeps the hospital connected, secure and forward-thinking, supporting everything from critical clinical systems to the digital tools colleagues rely on every day. Combining expertise across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and user support, the team ensures systems run smoothly, data is protected and innovation is continuously explored. By enabling seamless technology and driving digital improvements, the team plays a vital role in helping staff deliver safe, efficient and high-quality care.

Our Brand, Marketing, Communications and Digital team brings together specialists with wide-ranging expertise. Covering everything from branding, design, digital marketing and social media to business development, communications and crisis management, the team helps share our story and build strong relationships. They connect with a wide audience, including patients, consultants, GPs, insurers, international partners, charities, local organisations and donors.

Our Patient Services teams are central to the hospital experience, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, visitors and colleagues alike. Bringing together catering, security and housekeeping, the team ensures every interaction, from first arrival to ongoing care, is delivered with warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.

Our Customer Services team is often the first point of contact for patients. The Self-Pay team supports patients by discussing their needs, suggesting suitable consultants and providing guidance on the likely cost of recommended procedures. The Appointments team manages the diaries of over 100 consultants, recommending and booking consultations at times that work best for patients. Both teams also handle email and website enquiries, providing clear answers to a wide range of questions to ensure every patient feels supported.

The International Office aims to make access to The London Clinic easy for international patients by coordinating the A–Z of all aspects of a patient’s stay and helping bridge any cultural barriers they may experience. Both the International Patient Coordinators and the International Patient Advocates have extensive knowledge of the hospital, and the majority are Arabic speaking. They are the point of contact for all international patients and their families, from referral to the Clinic through to discharge. This also includes interpreting services, both face-to-face and digitally.
