Dedicated to women’s health
If you’re worried about your cervical screening (smear test) result, have had an abnormal screening test or colposcopy, are concerned about menopause or have noticed unusual vaginal bleeding, our experienced gynaecologists can provide expert assessment, investigation, and advice.
The London Clinic’s personalised service offers same-day complex diagnostics including Ultrasound, MRI and CT scans, as well as colposcopies, hysteroscopies and biopsies, all with a focus on privacy, comfort and exceptional patient care. Special attention is always given to any symptoms that may indicate gynaecological cancers, such as ovarian and cervical uterine cancers.
The process is seamless. Patients will often see a consultant, go for imaging and tests, and have a diagnosis and treatment plan by the end of the day. Even with more complicated cases, like cancer, you’ll still finish the day with a clear view of your next steps.

We are located in the heart of Harley Street.
A colposcopy is a procedure to examine the cervix, often recommended if you've had an abnormal smear test or are experiencing unusual bleeding. It helps identify conditions like abnormal cervical cells and pre-cancerous lesions, providing crucial information about your cervical health.
Diagnosis of endometriosis involves a combination of advanced imaging techniques like ultrasound and MRI, along with a laparoscopy procedure. Common symptoms include pelvic pain, painful periods, and discomfort during intercourse. Early diagnosis allows for tailored treatment plans.
A hysteroscopy is a diagnostic procedure to examine the inside of the womb. It's recommended for investigating abnormal vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, repeated miscarriage, and conditions like fibroids and polyps. The procedure can be done as an outpatient or day patient.
The procedure is generally not uncomfortable and provides valuable insights into pelvic organ health. Ultrasound, whether transvaginal or abdominal, is a versatile diagnostic tool for conditions such as ovarian cysts, fibroids, and pregnancy-related concerns.
Cervical cancer screening, often done through smear tests, is crucial for early detection. Colposcopy is recommended for further investigation if abnormalities are found. Regular screening is essential for women's health and aids in identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.
Yes, you can. We have a new walk-in GP service in partnership with Doctorcall and MyHealthcare Clinic available in the Rapid Diagnostics Centre. Although you can walk in and book at our reception, we advise that you call us first on 02076167693 to ensure we can fulfil your requirements.
At your appointment the GP will order any necessary diagnostics or blood tests. You will then receive the results via phone or in-person at the clinic within 72 hours, and if needed, the GP will refer you to a consultant working at The London Clinic for further evaluation or treatment.
