Mr Zafer Tandogdu is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at The London Clinic with specialist expertise in prostate cancer diagnosis, robotic prostate surgery, recurrent UTI, chronic prostatitis and complex urological infections. He welcomes patients from across the UK and overseas, including international patients seeking specialist urological assessment, second opinions or treatment in London.

He works as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at University College London Hospitals and is an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. He treats patients with raised PSA, abnormal prostate MRI findings, suspected or confirmed prostate cancer, recurrent urinary tract infections, chronic prostatitis and complex urinary symptoms.

Mr Tandogdu specialises in prostate MRI assessment, transperineal prostate biopsy, active surveillance and robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. His surgical practice includes personalised prostate cancer surgery planning, nerve-sparing prostatectomy, Retzius-sparing prostatectomy and advanced techniques such as NeuroSAFE where appropriate.

He uses detailed imaging and individualised surgical planning to support cancer control while aiming to preserve urinary continence and sexual function where safely possible. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, shared decision-making and helping patients understand the benefits and risks of each treatment option.
