She is passionate about optimising recovery through movement to improve quality of life. As a professional dancer, Abisola understands the drive to stay active when injuries occur and the struggles that can come with prolonged injuries. She enjoys specialising in working with dancers and other highly active people, to work collaboratively to support a return to daily activities and sports with confidence.
