Dr Butler is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist. She offers comprehensive neuropsychological assessment (also known as ‘cognitive’ or ‘neuropsychometric’ assessments) to help clients better understand their cognitive strengths, areas of relative difficulty, and ways of coping with changes in thinking skills.Dr Butler has particular expertise in diagnostic neuropsychological assessment across the full range of neurological presentations, including neurodegenerative conditions (e.g. dementia).In her NHS role, Dr Butler leads the neuropsychology pathways for adult neuro-oncology and deep brain stimulation (DBS). As such, she has significant experience in neuropsychological assessment in neurosurgical contexts (e.g. neuropsychological evaluation pre-DBS, baseline assessments, pre- and post-surgical neuropsychological review to inform treatment, care planning, return to work etc).Dr Butler’s fees for a 2-hour assessment and report start at £700.Please note, Dr Butler does not offer Talking Therapies (psychotherapy/counselling).
