All-inclusive fixed price packages

Once your consultant confirms the best treatment for you, we’ll provide you with a treatment plan. This sets out all the steps of your treatment and how much each procedure costs.

For many of our treatments, we offer all-inclusive packages that mean you’ll only ever pay one price that won’t change.

So if you require extra tests or procedures that weren’t part of your original treatment plan, you won’t have to pay any additional fees. Your all-inclusive package takes care of it.

If the treatment or procedure you need is available under our all-inclusive scheme, your consultant will discuss this with you.

If your treatment or procedure isn't available as an all-inclusive price, we’ll give you with an easy-to-follow quotation after your initial appointment.

Our all-inclusive packages cover all the following for one fixed price:

  • Pre-operative assessment
  • Professional fees, including consultant fees
  • Hospital fees, including standard nursing, accommodation and patient meals
  • Planned tests, assessments, treatments, drugs and dressings
  • Any dietetic assessment requested by your consultant
  • The price of any standard prosthesis (artificial body part)
  • Planned x-rays, scans and physiotherapy you require during your stay in hospital

If your treatment or procedure is covered by an all-inclusive package, you’ll only have to pay one fixed price, subject to your eligibility.

If your procedure is not covered by an all-inclusive package, we’ll send you an easy-to-follow quotation following your initial appointment with a consultant.

Alternatively, you can contact our self-pay team to find out general information about the prices of treatments and procedures.

Our all-inclusive packages are available to UK residents. Your eligibility for one will depend on your previous medical history and your current general health.

Your consultant will discuss your all-inclusive options with you after they’ve discussed your best course of treatment with you.

Full payment for your treatment is required in advance. Our team will call you a couple of days before you’re due to be admitted to hospital to discuss your preferred method of payment.

Your options are:

  • Payment over the phone by debit or credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Personal cheque – we must receive your cheque at least 10 working days before your appointment

If your treatment or procedure is covered by an all-inclusive package, you won’t have to pay for anything extra you need, such as an additional test or scan.

If you’re not covered by an all-inclusive package and your consultant decides you require extra tests or procedures, you may be asked to pay for these separately.

We’ll send you an invoice that clearly explains the extra services you’ve benefited from and their separate costs.

We can provide itemised quotes and statements to people who are not covered by one of our all-inclusive packages, which you could then pass on to an insurance provider.

But we can’t do this for people covered by an all-inclusive package.

As a result, we don’t offer our all-inclusive packages to people whose treatment is being paid for by an insurance provider or a sponsor, such as a government embassy or company.

This is because most insurers and sponsors require itemised quotes and statements.

We’ve teamed up with Chrysalis Finance to offer you funding options that allow you to spread the cost of your treatment.

If you choose to pay for your treatment at The London Clinic over 12 months, you can make use of a great 0% interest option and pay nothing extra.

Or you can choose to pay over two to five years and pay interest at an annual percentage rate of 14.9% APR.

Please use the online calculator provided by Chrysalis Finance to see what finance options are available to you.

We also accept payment by all major debit and credit cards and bank transfer.

If you or your consultant decide to cancel your treatment for any reason, you’ll receive a refund minus the cost of tests that have already taken place and any other chargeable items.

Please see our full terms and conditions for further information about this.

We can often arrange an initial appointment within 24 to 48 hours. We’ll aim to make this appointment at a day and time that suits you.

You can see a consultant without a referral by contacting us directly. You do not need a referral from your GP to see a consultant.

However, you’ll need a referral from a medical doctor to have any diagnostics tests, such as blood tests, or scans. This doctor can be your GP or consultant.

All the results from your tests and scans will be sent to your referring doctor.

At The London Clinic, we have a first-class private GP service that’s available every weekday.

If you see one of our GPs and they think you need a test or scan, they can quickly refer you to The London Clinic for this, often on the same day.

Yes, if you’re currently eligible for NHS healthcare, this will not change even if you pay for your own treatment.

You can discuss any concerns you have about this with your consultant.
