Dr Nicola Mulholland
Dr Nicola Mulholland is a highly experienced consultant clinical radiologist and nuclear medicine physician, having trained at the Universities of Cambridge and London.
Bio
Dr Nicola Muholland is an experienced dual trained consultant working as an expert in both radiology and nuclear medicine. She has a particular interest in nuclear oncology therapies and hybrid imaging.
She is head of Nuclear medicine and PETCT department at King's College hospital and leads across a wide range of molecular radiotherapy for more than 15 years.
She has a particular interest in Rhenium 177 molecular radiotherapy for non melanoma skin cancer, which she has introduced to UK.
She also provides radioligand PSMA therapy for prostate cancer, Lutathera peptide receptor radionuclide radiotherapy for neuroendocrine tumours, radio embolisation for liver tumours and radioiodine for benign and malignant thyroid disease.

Dr Mulholland has an extensive research portfolio in nuclear medicine and radiology including nuclear oncology and hybrid imaging.
She is honorary senior lecturer for Kings' College London. She has published a significant amount of original research papers, reviews and book chapters. She teaches and lectures internationally as well as runs international, and multidisciplinary research in nuclear medicine including her role as Chief Investigator UK for EPIC Rhenium skin cancer therapy trial. She has won a number of prizes for international presentations.
She is a fellow of Royal College Physicians and a fellow of Royal College of Physicians, member of British Nuclear Medicine Society for whom she previously was on professional standards committee, UK NETS. She has been member of clinical guidelines group for NICE and is BNMS representative for NICE.
