Mr Simon Jennings
Global expert in knee and hip surgery. I carry out all knee replacement surgery using the NAVIO® system. I am a lecturer and teach techniques in robotic knee surgery both nationally and internationally. Robotics have radically changed the face of joint replacement, giving patients an unprecedented level of personalised surgery which will improve outcomes and satisfaction.
Bio
Mr Jennings is an experienced knee and hip surgeon. His area of special interest is in knee reconstruction both acute soft tissue and bone conserving arthroplasty using Computer Navigated Surgery using the NAVIO system.
He runs a complex lower limb reconstruction service at London North West University Hospitals NHS Trust and is a pioneer in the use of robotics in the NHS. The Unit at Central Middlesex Hospital has the highest volume of NAVIO cases in Europe.
He is the lead enhanced recovery after joint replacement and our outcomes are some of the best in London for reduced length of stay in hospital with rapid mobilisation and return to function.
He is a faculty member on several national and international knee and trauma reconstruction courses teaching to surgeons of all grades. He is a member of the British Association of Surgeons of the Knee, the British Orthopaedic Association and Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery (UK and International).

Mr Jennings is a global expert in robotic surgery and has extensively used the NAVIO system for partial and total knee replacement surgery for over 3 years.
Having worked with professional sportsmen and women for many years he now enjoy watching his children compete in football, rugby and lacrosse. Occasionally he helps himself to the odd Ultra marathon to keep the waistline down.
