Food is an important part of treatment and recovery. Our award-winning chefs design menus tailored to the tastes and nutritional needs of our patients.

At the London Clinic our award-winning chefs work closely with our dieticians to design menus tailored to individual tastes and nutritional needs. Meals range from traditional British home cooked favourites, to world-wide international cuisine, all served in the comfort of our patients’ rooms.

Executive Chef Paul O’Brien comes from a Michelin-starred restaurant background and he and his Sous Chef, Jack Davies, take pride in meeting with patients personally to discuss their menu options according to their palate, dietary needs, or constraints.

Using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients the chefs deliver a weekly-changing menu including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

“I wanted to take all the wonderful ideas I see happening in restaurants, on street food stalls, in markets, and bring them into the hospital environment,” says Paul, in his interview with the Marylebone Journal.

Menu options are also available for our patients' visitors.
