The vision of the ENS is to “promote excellence in the clinical care of patients through advancement of the science and art of endocrine nursing.

The scholarship is awarded to an endocrine nurse who demonstrates these qualities, an individual who continues to lead the development of endocrine nursing.

Chris Yedinak, ENS President, comments: “This award is our most prestigious award and is truly an accomplishment. Our congratulations on behalf of the McClung Family and the ENS executive board.”

Phillip shares his response: “I am very honoured to be the recipient of this prestigious award for the work I have done over the years.

"I would like to thank ENS for their recognition of my work in the research I am doing and I look forward to presenting my findings at the next ENS symposium.”

The London Clinic is immensely proud of Phillip and delighted to have this well-deserved international recognition of his hard work and dedication to the field of endocrinology. Phillip is the first non-US resident to have achieved this award.

Phillip is one of two endocrinology nurse specialists at The London Clinic, part of a multi-disciplinary endocrinology and diabetes team, who work closely with our leading endocrine and diabetes consultants to provide a team effort for the care of patients.
