Dr Mayank Shah
Dr Shah is a GP in both private practice and the NHS specialising in health screening and preventative medicine, women's health, musculo-skeletal medicine and medical acupuncture.
Bio
Dr Shah is a GP and senior partner in NHS training practice. He is also the Medical Director at Lotus Healthcare, Clinical Director at Waltham Forest CCG (clinical commissioning group) and lead for cancer commissioning and IT and digital strategy. In addition, he teaches undergraduate medical students and post graduate doctors.
Dr Shah is married with two children and is a keen fitness enthusiast, attending the gym and yoga regularly. He enjoys walking and trekking and has completed the national three peaks challenge.
He is actively involved in promoting health awareness in the community and worked closely with a number of national charities, including serving as Trustee of Diabetes UK and The Diabetes Foundation.
