How aquatic therapy can help osteoarthritis

Aquatic therapy is used to treat a number of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, neurological rehabilitation, pregnancy-related pain and musculoskeletal conditions ranging from back pain to osteoarthritis. It involves exercising in a warm water pool heated to 34 - 35 degrees centigrade under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
