hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is an evidence-based specialist treatment that utilises the unique properties of water to rehabilitate patients with wide ranging conditions. It is also known as Aquatic Therapy.

Before starting hydrotherapy, you will have a comprehensive assessment to assess your needs and goals.

The physiotherapist in hydrotherapy will then formulate an individualised exercise programme specific to you.

Hydrotherapy appointments last 30 minutes and are supervised by a qualified chartered physiotherapist. Longer sessions are also available. Changing and showering facilities are available onsite.
