Our self-pay team are here to help you plan your treatment with us

Our self-pay team is here to help you choose the most appropriate consultant for your needs, book your consultation and advise you on the potential cost of any treatment required. They will be available to guide you every step of the way.

STEP 1 – booking an initial appointment

Contact our friendly self-pay team who will help you choose the right specialist consultant. They will make an appointment for an initial consultation at a time to suit you. Often appointments can be facilitated within 24-48 hours.

We will be able to advise you of the cost of this consultation at the time of booking, which is paid directly to the consultant.

STEP 2 – your consultation

During the initial consultation your consultant will discuss your medical history and advise you on the most suitable treatment for you. The consultant will help you understand what is involved and arrange any tests or diagnostic procedures which may be required.

STEP 3 – providing you with clear pricing

Once you have agreed the right course of treatment, whether it be scans and tests or a procedure, we will provide you with a guide price or price range of the anticipated hospitals costs involved.

For some procedures we can offer a fixed-price package to give you one simple price which includes all aspects of your care with us. If you require an operation, your consultant will advise you of his professional fees payable including the fee for the anaesthetist if required.

STEP 4 – arranging your treatment

Your consultant will help you plan a convenient time for your treatment and our team will support you with all the information you need to know before you arrive.

We will contact you a couple of days before your planned admission and advise on what to bring and what time to arrive, as well as how to make payment.


Once you and your consultant have agreed on the treatment for you and booked a convenient time for it to take place, our patient liaison team will be in touch to make arrangements for your admission and to collect payment.

To make this as simple as possible we can take payment over the telephone by debit or credit card or you can arrange a bank transfer.

If you prefer to pay by personal cheque it is essential that this is received by us at least 10 working days prior to your appointment. Please let us know if you would like to do this.
