To access treatment through your private medical insurance you will first need to obtain a referral from your GP or a private GP.  You then need to confirm you are covered for the tests, investigations or treatment you need with your private medical insurer so you can provide details of your cover and authorisation to us.

The best way to ensure you are covered is to contact your private medical insurer at each stage of your treatment.  Claims processes differ from insurer to insurer but they will be able to help you and guide you through the process.

For hospital treatments, we have direct settlement processes in place with all the major insurance companies so you don’t have to worry about billing and payment.  We just need you to provide details of your insurer, your registration number, your level of cover and scheme details and your pre-authorisation number which your insurer will provide.
