At London Haematology we strive to deliver the highest possible standard of care to patients with blood disorders, utilising the specialist experience and expertise of the Consultants and the high standards of care of the nursing staff. The facilities at The London Clinic allow us to give the most effective and up-to-date treatments to patients referred to us and to incorporate the latest developments in therapeutics and technology to give our patients the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

The consultants have special interests in all aspects of haematology, including leukaemias, myeloma, anaemia, coagulation and thrombotic disorders. The London Clinic is a specialist centre for adult bone marrow transplantation and stem cell harvesting.

Patients attending the Haematology Clinic have same-day access to excellent CT, and MRI scanning facilities. PET CT scanning is also available through our close relationships with local PET scanning centres.

All Haematology patients have rapid access to the excellent inpatient facilities at the London Clinic’s Stem Cell Transplant Unit. Our Consultants are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of an emergency situation for haematology patients.

About The London Clinic

Established in 1932 by a group of Harley Street doctors, The London Clinic has a prestigious history as one of the UK's leading independent hospitals. It is a fully equipped acute facility that has earned a long-standing international reputation for the provision of clinical excellence.

Today the Clinic’s considerable investment in progressive technology and staff training, along with the presence of internationally renowned consultants, attracts UK and international patients wishing to access the very best that private healthcare can offer. Our investment enables us to undertake highly complex procedures, tests and treatments in additional to routine surgery and medicine.

The main hospital site spans Harley Street and Devonshire Place in the heart of London’s medical community in Marylebone. Many of the Clinic’s consultants are eminent leaders in their field and the majority hold National Health Service teaching posts throughout London.
