Dr Amna Sheri
Dr Amna Sheri is a Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in Breast Cancers and Melanoma. She has a clinical interest in managing all aspects of systemic therapy for Breast Cancer and Melanoma in particular: Adjuvant therapy; Neo-adjuvant therapy; Treatment of Secondary breast cancer; Breast Cancer in young women; Novel biological and targeted therapies; Immunotherapy.
Bio
Dr Amna Sheri is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Royal Free Hospital specialising in the management of Breast Cancer and Melanoma.
Her research has focused on understating the use of prognostic and predictive biomarkers in early breast cancer and she was awarded and MD(Res) from the Institute of Cancer Research for her work into the prediction of outcome following neo-adjuvant therapy. She has published in peer reviewed journals and presented at national and international meetings.
Clinically her main research interests are in clinical trials of new therapies in Breast Cancer and Melanoma.
