Ruth operates a split post working both in management and covering a clinical caseload. She has a special interest in tendinopathies, running related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. She completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine and has post graduate training in acupuncture, Pilates, manipulative therapy, women’s health and aquatic therapy.

Deepa uses acupuncture to treat a wide range of conditions from complex musculoskeletal pain to side effects of cancer treatments. Being a hands-on practitioner, she uses various techniques to achieve muscle balance and alignment, and as a yoga teacher helps to weave healing elements within a treatment session offering a holistic treatment package.
Fiona is a senior MSK Physiotherapist with a keen interest in lower limb injury particularly the foot and ankle. Fiona trained and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. She has gained extensive NHS experience as well as private sector, including working with elite sporting athletes including members of the GB Polo Team.
