She completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine and has post graduate training in acupuncture, Pilates, manipulative therapy, women’s health and aquatic therapy.

Being a hands-on practitioner, she uses various techniques to achieve muscle balance and alignment, and as a yoga teacher helps to weave healing elements within a treatment session offering a holistic treatment package.
Fiona is a senior MSK Physiotherapist with a keen interest in lower limb injury particularly the foot and ankle. Fiona trained and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. She has gained extensive NHS experience as well as private sector, including working with elite sporting athletes including members of the GB Polo Team.
