Professional profile

Mr Sadigh completed his specialist training on the Pan Thames rotation in London before embarking upon a number of international fellowship programmes. This included time spent at The American University of Beirut, Lebanon, undertaking a trauma fellowship.

Additionally, Mr Sadigh had travelled to The Far East where he successfully completed advanced microsurgical training in Taiwan, Japan, China and South Korea. Mr Sadigh is the current Clinical Director for Plastic Surgery at The Royal London Hospital and Is an Honorary Senior Lecturer on the Microsurgical Masters Programme at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Mr Sadigh is a highly skilled surgeon who sub-specialises in complex microsurgical reconstruction of the extremities both in the acute and sub-acute setting. Microsurgery is adapted into Mr Sadigh’s discipline of plastic surgery where he performs intricate, complex operations on tiny structures.

This is of relevance to plastics, where it is used in areas such as reconstructive surgery (of breast, complex limb injuries, head and neck etc).

He works closely with his Orthopaedic colleagues to ensure optimal functional as well as cosmetic outcomes for his patients.
