Personal interests

Over the past 10 years I have become a compulsive triathlete. I have completed around three triathlons/year since 2004, managed a 70.3 IronMan in 2011 and a full IronMan in 2014. I have also undertaken a number of cycling marathons and a few running marathons. Each year I raise money for the Charity of St Mark’s and I have personally raised around £100,000 and also inspired patients to raise money separately (a further £150,000).
