Part two: the consultation History of symptoms

Medical history

Allergies and medication history

Social history and lifestyle

Family medical history

Discussion of current health concerns

 

Part three: written medical report

 

A full report, written by the examining doctor will be sent to you within ten working days. 

The report will contain details of your test results and consultation, with advice and recommendations for future well-being.  A copy can also be sent to your GP on request.
