Body shape is integral to self-confidence.
Your body not only supports you physically but how you look is
central to how you feel about yourself.
Body shape is dependant on lifestyle, activity
levels and genes. Sometimes a healthy diet and regular exercise
simply won’t shift areas of stubborn fat or alter your existing
body shape. Alternatively, your body shape may have changed
dramatically following pregnancy, substantial weight-loss or a
change in lifestyle. Or perhaps your genetic make up is such that
you feel certain areas appear out of proportion.
