The CyberKnife at The London Clinic is located in a purpose-built suite in The Duchess of Devonshire Wing.  Consultants who practice at The London Clinic use it as an alternative to surgery for complex or inoperable cases.  It is used to successfully treat small to medium sized tumours within the brain and spine, but also within the lung, digestive system, liver, pancreas and other parts of the body.

Our multi-disciplinary team at The London Clinic, led by the neuroscience centre surgeons and supported by the medical physics department, use CyberKnife radiosurgery to treat these conditions:

  • Malignant primary brain tumours or secondary brain tumours that have formed due to cancer elsewhere in the body
  • Benign brain tumours such as meningiomas and acoustic neuromas
  • Vascular problems within the brain such as arteriovenous malformations
  • Some spinal tumours
  • Trigeminal neuralgia
