About AQUATIC THERAPY

Aquatic therapy is an evidence-based specialist treatment that utilises the unique properties of water to rehabilitate patients with wide ranging conditions.

Before starting aquatic therapy, you will have a comprehensive assessment to assess your needs and goals.

The physiotherapist in Aquatic Therapy will then formulate an individualised exercise programme specific to you.

Aquatic therapy appointments last 30 minutes and are supervised by a qualified chartered physiotherapist. Changing and showering facilities are available onsite.
