We prepare all our dishes with fresh produce.  Where possible we buy our ingredients locally and provide all our fish from sustainable sources.

You can choose from a varied menu that is influenced by many different styles of cookery. We’ll provide you with a diet suitable for your individual nutritional needs.

Menu choice

During your stay you can choose from different menus for:

  • daily special dishes
  • a selection of snacks, salads, main courses, side dishes, desserts and sandwiches
  • night snacks after 9pm
  • visitor meals
  • drinks
  • a children’s menu
  • a clear fluid menu

You can also ask for, or if your doctor or dietician requests it:

  • a low residue menu (low in fibre, fat and spice) that is easily digestible for patients with absorption/ gastrointestinal problems
  • a neutropenic menu for patients with compromised immune systems

Our dietitian has coded our menus to assist with your menu choice so that you can see whether they are suitable for:

  • V = Vegetarian
  • C+ = Calorie rich (high protein dishes) for patients with reduced food intake
  • HO = Healthier option (reduced sugar, saturated fat and salt and high in fibre) suitable for diabetics
