The London Clinic is committed to listening, responding and learning from our patients' experience.

We always like to hear from our patients when things have gone well however if you have a concern or complaint that is troubling you, we will always try to resolve any problems you may have as quickly and efficiently as possible. All concerns and complaints are treated with the strictest confidence and will not affect your care in any way. 

In the first instance please talk to your nursing team or relevant department manager straight away as they will be able to assist you with any concerns and are always on hand to help. However, if this does not resolve the problem, then you can also escalate your concern by contacting our Patient Experience team who will be able to offer any advice and assistance as necessary.

We wish to provide you, your family and your friends with the very best in patient care and therefore before you leave, we would be grateful if you could fill in a short satisfaction survey which assists us in helping to continually improve the services we provide.  If you require any assistance with filling in your survey or you would like to meet with a member of staff to provide feedback please do let us know as we always welcome patients’ suggestions and comments about their stay at The London Clinic.
