Our treatments and services

Our services are used extensively by patients who come to us for treatment for primary kidney problems or a wide range of other disorders. Kidney impairment can develop due to diabetes, cancer, chemotherapy, drug treatment, liver disease and for many other reasons.

Although not widely available in the private health sector in the UK, kidney dialysis is available at The Clinic for private patients who need dialysis when they are with us, so that they can get the best possible care. The kidney centre offers both haemodialysis and ambulatory forms of dialysis.

Kidney diseases we treat and services we offer

  • Dialysis: haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis (CAPD and APD) for inpatients staying in for treatment (either related or unrelated to their kidney problem)
  • Kidney transplantation: pre-operative assessment, post-operative care and transplant follow-up
