• Good communication: we want to make your stay and treatment as stress free as possible and we endeavour to keep you informed of all details with regular communication before, during and after your treatment.
• Comfort: your personal room is your sanctuary during your treatment and recovery and we make every effort to meet all of your needs, be they medical, social, cultural or emotional.
• Care for your family: very few international patients make the journey for treatment alone. We support families with links to local accommodation, places to eat and places of interest in London to visit in any spare hours.
