The team work with all of our consultants so that when you contact us, you can be sure that we will put you in touch with the consultant that can provide you with the expertise you need.

You can use our 'Find a Consultant' search tool to search through our consultants depending on what your needs are. Please note that some consultants may request a GP referral.  Please call our team (+44 (0)203 219 3315) who will be able to advise you if this is needed.

The consultant will need to see you for an initial consultation, during which the consultant will carry out a full examination, take a medical history, discuss any symptoms that you may be experiencing, and assess your suitability for further diagnostic testing and any treatment that may be appropriate for you.

If you require a procedure, and it is offered under the fixed price package scheme, our consultant will discuss the eligibility criteria with you. If not, you will be provided with a bespoke treatment quotation following your initial appointment.

The fixed price package price includes:

  • Pre-operative assessment
  • Surgeon’s fees
  • Anaesthetist fees
  • Hospital fees (nursing, accommodation, food)
  • Any dietetic assessment requested by your consultant
  • Take-home medication, stitches removal and dressing changes
  • The price of any standard prosthesis, if required
  • Walking or personal aides as required
  • Physiotherapy during your stay, if required
  • One follow-up consultation, if required

The price does not include

  • Placeholder definitions to be provided
  • More needs to be added to this list

Please be sure to read our patient terms and conditions. They give further information about what is included and excluded from the fixed price treatment.

We are able to give fixed price packages for certain procedures. Please call us on +44 (0)203 219 3315 to find out if we offer a fixed price for your treatment.

If your procedure is offered under the fixed price package suite, you will pay one set price (subject to eligibility).

If your procedure is not offered as a fixed price, following your initial consultation you will provided with a guide price or price range based on your individual needs, as advised by your consultant.

Alternatively, you can call the Self-pay team (+44 (0)203 219 3315) who will be happy to assist you with generic information related to pricing.

Our fixed price packages are available to UK residents. Eligibility will depend on your previous medial history and your current general health.

Your consultant will discuss this with you and provide advice on the best course of treatment for you.

Full payment for your treatment is required in advance. To make this as simple as possible we can take payment over the telephone by debit or credit card or you can arrange a bank transfer. Our team will contact you to discuss your preferred method of payment.

If you prefer to pay by personal cheque it is essential that this is received by us at least 10 working days prior to your appointment. Please let us know if you would like to do this.

Payment is required in advance of the procedure taking place. Our team will call you a couple of days before your scheduled admission to discuss your preferred method of payment.

If your procedure is covered by a fixed price then any additional tests or procedures will be provided under this price, with nothing more to pay.

If not, and your consultant requires additional tests or procedures to be performed, you may be asked to pay for these additional items separately. An itemised invoice can be provided by our team so you can understand any additional charges.

Fixed price packages are not available for patients with private medical insurance or other forms of sponsorship. This is due to most insurers or sponsors requiring an itemised account which we are unable to provide under this scheme.

However, we are able to provide itemised statements for patients provided with bespoke treatment quotes.

The London Clinic currently does not currently offer medical finance.

However we do accept all major debit and credit cards and you can also pay by bank transfer.

If you or your consultant decide to cancel your treatment for any reason you will receive a refund of the amount paid less the costs of any chargeable items or tests which have already taken place.

Please see our full terms and conditions for further information about this.

We aim to arrange an initial appointment at a day and time that suits your schedule. Often, appointments can be facilitated within 24 - 48 hours.

In most cases a referral is not necessary in order to see a consultant at The London Clinic.

However, in most cases you will need a referral to have any diagnostics tests or scans carried out.  If you would like to make an appointment to see one of our private GPs, please contact our team.
