The London Clinic is the UK’s first independent not for profit hospital to achieve Joint Accreditation Committee-ISCT (Europe) & EBMT (JACIE) Accreditation for the clinical, collection and processing sections of its stem cell transplantation programme.  The Clinic is the biggest donor cell collection centre in the UK.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission in accordance with the Health and Social Care act 2008 and the hospital is regularly inspected to ensure we meet the relevant standards. The Care Quality Commission is responsible for monitoring the performance of all NHS and independent healthcare organisations across England and Wales. You can view their latest inspection report for The London Clinic at www.cqc.org.uk.

The London Clinic has been awarded Clinical Pathology Accreditation (CPA) for our pathology facilities and our oncology unit is accredited by the European Group for Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation (EBMT).

Many of our consultants are leaders in their field and most hold NHS teaching posts throughout London.  All of our consultants appear on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register. In order to gain practising privileges at The London Clinic, they must also meet our own stringent criteria and undergo a rigorous selection procedure which is carried out by our Medical Advisory Committee.
